I went on a carnival cruise from May 6th- 13th, 2017 and brought along these shampoo/ conditioner flasks as well as some sunscreen flasks from another seller. I had no issues with them at all!
CAUTION: While going through security I saw full sized Listerine bottles (aka vodka and food coloring) being confiscated from carry on bags… so just be sure that you pack your flasks in your suitcases.

I did about a weeks worth of research on Google, Pinterest, and YouTube about how to get hard alcohol onto a cruise ship before my husband and I went to the Caribbean last month. We thought about trying to fill a white wine bottle with vodka and a couple drops of yellow food coloring, but the truth is, that seemed entire too complicated, especially in a hotel room (we flew to Florida with only carry on bags).
I came across the Shampbooze tutorial on YouTube, and after reading many forums and lots of reviews, it seemed to be the way to go. I went ahead and ordered our Shampbooze, then after further research, I decided to go for the safety seals for more of a realistic look. Once we got to our hotel, we went out and bought a bottle of vodka for the shampoo, and a bottle of Bacardi for conditioner, and voila! Back at the hotel room, I filled them up without air bubbles before applying the seals just like I saw in the helpful YouTube tutorial. Awesome!
I packed the “shampoo and conditioner” in our toiletry bag, put it in the suitcase.
We checked our bag at the port, got on our ship, and after our bags finally got delivered to our room (after a nail biting 3 hours), there it was! Our Shampbooze! I don’t even think that our bags were opened.
So, long story, but it worked super well- and it always made me laugh when my husband would say “I’m going to bring my condioner to the pool”.

These worked GREAT for our cruise! We purchased 4 bottles and put a shampoo and conditioner in each bag. We filled the bottles with rum and whiskey and with the free juice from breakfast — we made some mean drinks in our stateroom. They were the perfect size, didn’t leak, and passed security – win win!

Recently used four of these for an 8 day Carnival cruise. Filled to the brim…so no sloshing sounds. Packed in zip lock bags along with the rest of our toiletries and we had no problem at all! The seals worked well! This really did save us a ton of money on mixed drinks and cocktails when most drinks cost between $8 and $10 bucks a drink. Thanks!!!
